The five star rating is only for the guitar. The gig bag is a junk

The five star rating is only for the guitar. The guitar is very nice. The gig bag on the other hand is kind of cheap and I really wouldn’t use it to take my guitar anywhere. The shipping took forever. I don’t know what the problem was, but it was guaranteed on the 10th and then I didn’t get it till after that . Other than that the guitar is a nice guitar. The customer service is laughable seriously get a phone number so that someone can talk to a person and not do it via email, which is just quite annoying.

Not sure yet!

I have 2 questions:
Why does it go out of tune so fast. Sometimes it does it in the same session but mostly the next day after being used the day before.

Why when using a capo, the notes from the capo down to the bridge seem to be out of tune??

Great Guitar!

This guitar sounds amazing and plays really well. Its a little more existing to play then some others I've played but its not to bad.

I really enjoy my new guitar! 😊

Hi, before buying I was watching reviews and videos of people trying this brand, and professionals, not like me, but now that I have my guitar in my hand well in both hehe, I'm really in love with it, not only looks great but it sounds GREAT! many say it sounds a little low probably yes but not much the truth, but if I can tell you that the tone of this guitar is very nice 🥹, I have a Seagull S6 and does not sound as nice as my new Mason Live, now I hope to try it with an amplifier, Thanks Oranegwood!

Top Wood Guide

Spruce

A classic tonewood for acoustic guitars, spruce is a well-rounded, durable wood that’s suitable for many styles of playing.

Torrefied Spruce

A vintage-inspired upgrade, torrefied spruce is roasted to remove excess moisture, so the guitar continues to play at peak performance.

Mahogany

A common tonewood for top, back, and sides, Mahogany is known for its clarity and evenness to accentuate the mid-range tones.

Cedar

An excellent topwood for classical guitars, cedar is perfect for delicate playing styles, like fingerpicking and soft strumming.
